EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

Upon receipt of his order (date on the delivery slip), the Customer has 15 days to return a product.. After this period Marc Ryad © reserves the right to accept or not a returned product.

Return is made at the customer's expense.

The return address for any exchange or refund is: " Marc Ryad - 21 rue traversière 77380 - Combs la Ville France »The product must of course be returned in its original packaging.

Marc Ryad © will take back the product and it will either be the subject of a refund or an exchange, if the new product chosen is cheaper the customer will be refunded the difference.

We undertake to make refunds within a maximum of 7 working days once the products have been received, via the method of payment initially chosen by the customer.
