DELIVERY POLICY

We process orders within 24 hours.

The delivery time is 2 to 3 days working days for France (indicative timeframe). For international orders, the lead time is 5 to 10 working days. Delivery is free for France and € 15 for international.

  

Our orders are shipped by La Poste in Colissimo or by the Amazon carrier. Any modification to your order can only be taken into account before it is dispatched. In case of delivery problems, please contact La Poste.

   

Marc Ryad © is not responsible for delay or extension of the delivery time linked to the carrier. In the case of a lost package, Marc Ryad © will assist you in contacting the local Post Office and undertake to return a product to you free of charge if the package is really lost by the carrier.
